Judge Richard Kopf sits on the U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska where he has been since his nomination by President George H.W. Bush and confirmation by the Senate in 1992. Since that time, he has been a Member to the Committee on Codes of Conduct, Judicial Conference of the United States and the Chief Judge for the District of Nebraska.
