The Honorable Ann L. Aiken is a U.S. district court judge for the District of Oregon. Judge Aiken was nominated by President Clinton in 1997 and received commission in 1998. She received her M.A. from Rutgers University in 1976 and her juris doctor from the University of Oregon Law School in 1979.
