Rick Georges is a solo practitioner, practicing in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is active in the St. Petersburg, Florida, and American Bar Associations, and presents seminars and programs on the use of computers in the practice of law. He has authored the “Future Lawyer” column for the Tampa Bay Review and other publications, and has taught law office management and computer assisted legal research at the College and Law School level. His primary areas of practice, as a lawyer, are in real property transactions and litigation, commercial practice and litigation, and wills and trust administration and litigation. He has served on the Law Office Management Assistance Service (LOMAS) Committee for the Florida Bar,has previously served on the Florida Courts Technology Commission by appointment of the Florida Supreme Court, and is a past Chair of the Committee on Technology for the Florida Bar. He also has served on technology related Committees for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Committee of the American Bar Association and the Law Practice Management Section of the American Bar Association.
