Michael Schmidt is the vice-chair Cozen O’Connor’s Labor and Employment Department, and the office managing partner, vice-chair, of the New York Midtown office, where he is resident. He is also the author of the Social Media Employment Law Blog where he writes about topics involving the interplay between social media and employment law.
