They discuss the growth of the commission, how it helps LGBT civil rights, and advocacy, education, and resources provided to all ABA members. Jim Holmes is a trial attorney and litigator for Sedgwick LLP in Los Angeles. Skip Harsch started as an intern with Lambda Legal in law school and volunteered with the National LGBT Bar Association before becoming the SOGI director.
