John Mitchell Stewart is the president of the Florida Bar and a partner at Rossway Swan where he practices in the areas of ADR, civil litigation, commercial and business litigation, construction law, debt collection and judgment enforcement, probate and trust litigation, and real estate disputes. He is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator. Stewart graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1997.
