Jane-Robin Wender graduated in 1992 from Nova Law School as a Goodwin Scholar Fellow. Since then, Jane-Robin has almost exclusively represented injured workers in the prosecution of benefits. She now practices with two close friends, Tom Hedler and Nicole Hessen at Wender Hedler Hessen, P.A. located in West Palm Beach, Florida. In addition to being on the board of many prominent Florida workers’ compensation committees, Jane-Robin has an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbard, is listed on the Bar Register of Preeminent Women, obtained Florida Super Lawyer status in 2012, 2013 and 2014, and is listed as a Top Workers’ Compensation Attorney with a 10.0 rating from AVVO. Jane-Robin has taken well over 150 cases to trial and has been directly responsible for over 40 appeals.
