Sarah McCormick

Sarah McCormick is the Director of Legal Service Delivery in the Innovation Department at Honigman LLP. Ms. McCormick leads the Firm’s legal project management team and has expertise in process improvement, practice technology and data analytics. Ms. McCormick is responsible for the strategic expansion of services available to clients through the application of advanced legal project management, process optimization, and the strategic adoption of practice technology tools.

Ms. McCormick assists with implementation of Honigman FOCUS, the Firm’s innovative legal service delivery model. FOCUS leverages cutting-edge practice technologies, legal project management principles, and matter-specific staffing models to drive efficiencies and value for Honigman’s clients. As part of Honigman FOCUS, Ms. McCormick leads the operational effort for both Legal Project Management and Honigman Review Solutions (“HRS”), Honigman’s dedicated due diligence center. Ms. McCormick is responsible for managing and evolving the operations of HRS to meet client needs in a fast-paced and dynamic M&A and PE market.
