Jorge Goldstein is a founder and senior director of Sterne Kessler Goldstein and Fox, a prominent IP law firm in Washington DC. He has 46 years of experience in prosecuting, licensing, and litigating biotech patents. In 1988 Goldstein was lead counsel in In re Wands, a pivotal decision on biotechnology enablement. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he received a BS in Chemistry from RPI, a PhD in Chemistry from Harvard, and a JD from the George Washington University.
