Tom Mighell is a Senior Consultant with Contoural, Inc., where he helps companies deal with records management, litigation readiness, and electronic discovery issues.  Tom publishes two blogs – Inter Alia, a blog on Legal Technology, and iPad 4 Lawyers. Tom is the author of iPad in One Hour for Lawyers and iPad Apps in One Hour for Lawyers, both published by the American Bar Association.  He is also the co-host, along with Dennis Kennedy, of The Kennedy-Mighell Report, a legal technology podcast on the Legal Talk Network.  Tom currently serves as Chair of the ABA’s Law Practice Management Section.  He previously served in the Section’s ABA TECHSHOW Planning Board for four years, and served as Chair of ABA TECHSHOW 2008.  Tom received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from The University of Texas at Austin.
