  1. James Lombardi says:

Have you or any experts you know had any experience in removingf defamatory material from the internet? Given the ubiquitous nature of the internet It seems impossible to me but I have been asked (in a case over which I have presided) to order the defamatory party to do so. I have ordered the hiring of a forensic expert witness for assistance but am quite skeptical about it.

  2. James – There actually is a process for this. Feel free to call our Director of Computer Forensics, Jesse Lindmar, at 703-359-0700. He’ll be happy to explain to you what can and cannot be done.
