Charles J. Glasser, Jr. is a professor of Media Law and Ethics at New York University, former Global Media Counsel for Bloomberg News, and a constitutional litigator. Charles spent twelve years as the Global Media Counsel for Bloomberg News, where he was responsible for pre-publication review, legal and ethical issues, and training more than 2,200 reporters in more than 120 bureaus around the world on legal standards and journalistic fundamentals.
