Allison Koenke

Ms. Koenke’s initial interest in the law began while she was at the University of Scranton and worked for a local Attorney and Politician, Carmen Minora. Ms. Koenke worked as a law clerk at Mr. Minora’s law practice and then became an events coordinator on his campaign for Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Mr. Minora was successful in November of 1995 and is now Honorable Carmen D. Minora of the Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.
