Kyle Guelcher
New Solo is hosted by Attorney Kyle R. Guelcher. Attorney Guelcher’s career has included working as a contract attorney, as an associate, and as a solo practitioner. He also works with and represents lawyers and law firms for an array of matters.
Mr. Guelcher is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Connecticut. He has litigated in Federal Court, Superior Court, Probate Court, District Court, and Small Claims Court and his trial experience includes jury and jury waived trials, hearings, and motion practice.
Attorney Guelcher’s practice focuses on general civil litigation, copyright and trademark law, business legal services, entertainment law, contract formation and review, divorce, Internet law, consumer advocacy, and other areas of practice.
An active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, he serves as Chair of the Young Lawyers’ Division. Additionally, Mr. Guelcher was elected to serve on the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates where he participates in legislation and contributes to rule changes. He is also a member of the Hampden County Bar Association.
Kyle is an alumni and a former member of the Board of Trustees for North Carolina Wesleyan College and is a current member of the Board of Directors for Lojeri Productions, a nonprofit, award winning film company.
